i can hear a spark coming from plugs or plug wires on my kzp.is that normal?i hear it when reving slightly and while riding.

Probably time to replace both sparkplug caps and wires. What you're hearing is the high voltage going to ground(usually insulation break down causes this).
Some 7mm sparkplug wires from the local hot rod shop should fit. What came from the factory has/had resistors in the caps reducing the RFI(what makes radio's snap and crackle when the plugs fire).

Find a dark spot at night and run the engine. If the wires are leaking you will see blue going from the faulty wire(s) to ground. Ed
