ok I have checked all of my timing chain components and looks like the only one I need to replace is the cam chain tensioner assembly (rubber roller) is chewed up a bit,so I would like to measure my timing chain but in the manual I cannot find a spec for it,I really dont want to replace it if there is no need to do so, and I'm not splitting the cases at this time.Does anyone no how to check for wear?
thanks

The FSM gives a distance between a certain number of pins as the limit for wear. I'm at work but I'm sure someone will chime in shortly with the info.

that is because you have to measure between 21 pins that will give you the 20 pin measurement your looking for.

TB is correct as to needing a 20 link count.

19 @ 148.71mm extrapolates to 20 @ 156.54mm, so believing you're within 157.8mm service limit.

The diagram below is for omr, after removing his boots.
