Are the Carillo rods the same two piece design as the stock rods? What about hardware for the rods - new stock bolts?
The rods come with 12pt bolts. I don't know what they are exactly but that have a solid no-BS feel to them... you know how some fasteners just feel cheap? these don't. They checked the stretch on those bolts when they spec'ed the rods (they spec their products, even 20 year old ones for free) the bolts were well within spec and fine to re-use.
Yes they are two piece.
K-man; all I care about is bulletproof up to 14,000 Rpm; over that and the limiter will kick in

Carrillo rods come with a Multiphase rod bolt that is MANY times stronger than a stock bolt.
You will never break one in a KZ. We use them in busas making 600+ HP.
