Kerker exhaust help needed. was created by dshelly
Recently purchased this Kerker Exhaust on E-bay. Came without a clamp or a baffle. Have headpipe too just not in picture. Anyone got any info on where I can find a baffle and a clamp? It says System K2 on the nameplate, but can't find any part numbers. E-mailed Dynoman for help,so why i'm waiting I thought maybee someone here would have some knowledge to share. Thanks,

A diy baffle is sometimes feasible.

If prefer an off the shelf baffle, here's one alternative.

Open link, click on Exhaust Parts (left side of screen), then click on Baffles for Exhausts. :)

Included are both the Kerker baffle and also the less expensive Mac version baffle for Kerker can.

baffle

Would be interesting to know the response from Dynoman.

Good Luck! :)

I think part of the problem is that the K2 system is an aluminum canister system...someone has taken the nameplate from that style canister and pop-riveted it to a steel megaphone style muffler.

It is a steel canister. So It must be a megaphone . I've been looking for parts that don't exist. :S

Kerker also makes an aluminum canister (K2 system).

I think Mcdroid is saying that a Kerker nameplate from a Kerker aluminum K2 system canister has been grafted onto a steel Kerker canister.

This is a steel Kerker canister in chrome finish.

Good Luck! :)

This the original Kerker nameplate as it came on the chrome steel canister. :)

On the black finished steel Kerker canisters, am uncertain what the original nameplates looked like.

Good Luck! :)

Yes! Ignore the nameplate and look for a baffle for the megaphone system :)
