Here's a ported LTR450 Suzuki head for a 525 motor with Yosh Cams.

Still running stock TB with power commander.

No epoxy here and it's got tons of bottom end power. Hell it's got tons of power everywhere.

How do you make those rubber port castings? That looks like just the ticket for visualizing what the hell is going on in there. I'd like to give it a try myself.

Here's one way to do it..

yep, just like that.

then, by slicing the casts and putting on a scanner, you can try calculate the cross section in critical points.
