If you're talking about the larger pads that the 4 bolts go though to mount your top center idler, part # is 92075-289
www.z1enterprises.com/SearchResult.aspx?...e&KeyWords=92075-289
If you need the little rectangular pillows that go with the 2 lower idler sprockets, part # is 92075-232
www.z1enterprises.com/SearchResult.aspx?...e&KeyWords=92075-232
Get them at Z1 enterprises or any Kawasaki dealer. Common parts.

There are two lower idlers, each one takes two so four total. Normally they are installed rubber up, but it makes little difference. They like to fall in the engine during assembly and disassembly obviously, so to hold them in place you can use a little superglue or the like to adhere them to the shaft. Early 650s just had a solid shaft on each idler. Somewhere late 77 they added the rubber as a kind of damper to quiet engine noise.
