KZ650 Cam roller was created by T_Dub
Hey all,
Anybody know where I can get the bottom cam roller for a 650B1? It's PN 12055-004, the rubber one.

If I remember correctly that is a part Kawasaki no longer stocks, so you would have to look on ebay for a new one. I re-used my old ones when I re-did the top end of my 650 a few years back, and all seems to be good.
One option is the Lisk one that Z1 enterprises sells.
I have heard that the lisk bits are louder as they don't have any rubber to quite them down...

I'd re-use mine, but where theres sposed to be a square profile sticking out theres just a little bit of rubber left. All my other rollers are fine, but this one is chewed up pretty bad. I think it was a PO without the knowledge that the cam chain needs to be adjusted.

Kawasaki lists the roller you are looking for as 12055-004.
it says these bikes use that part number
KZ650-B1 (1977)
KZ650-B2 (1978)
KZ650-B2A (1978)
KZ650-B3 (1979)
KZ650-C1 (Custom) (1977)
KZ650-C2 (Custom) (1978)
KZ650-C3 (Custom) (1979)
KZ650-D1 (SR) (1978)
KZ650-D1A (SR) (1978)
KZ650-D2 (SR) (1979)
KZ650-E1 (LTD) (1980)
KZ650-F1 (1980)
Now it would not be the first time Kawasaki has the same part with two different part numbers, but often times different part numbers mean it is not interchangeable.
