Bonita is correct, but her numbers give us a bit more info. The motor VIN is the clearest of both...the engine started life as a 1978 KZ1000A2/B2/C1...Kawasaki used motors for all three models from the same motor production series (there is nothing inherent in the motor VIN that uniquely identifies which model it went into). The frame tells what model it is...however, you appear to be missing digits; the prefix KZT00B tells us it should have 12 total digits, not the 10 you gave. Zeros are important. The 'B' in the sixth place tells us it started life as a LTD, but you should have a number field of six rather than four numbers...if you don't have any more than four numbers, then you have an impossible frame number...this suggests several scenarios :)

If it is an LTD, then the frame number would have a 5 at the front of the sequence number.

All LTD's of that era where assembled in Lincoln NE, The white sticker on the steering head (if it's still there) would show it being assembled in the USA.
