If that's a picture of it by your name, looks like it has some pretty nice upgrades on it....

Not sure what you are trying to accomplish on upgrades? My best upgrade was a fairing.

KZ 750 cams, KZ900/1000 carbs, good aftermarket pipe, either Kerker or Vance and Hines, Mac will do in a pinch. Avoid pods unless you are like me and like working on your bike a lot. Dyna ignition and coils will help the starting and overall running. Wired george coil mod will help to. On my personal bike, i am running a kerker 4:1 pipe, KZ900 26mm carbs, pod filters, Dyna ignition and coils and installing KZ750 cams. All for around $500. I have about $900 in the bike including title and original cost. There are a few piston kits and hotter cams out there but this recipe puts a smile on my face every time. For other mods, a small fairing is nice, i picked up a Slip Streamer Spitfire shield for $45 shipped. Bags are nice, i have a set of River Road bags i have owned for 4 bikes now, never let me down. I got rid of the stock bend bars and out a euro bend set on, with bar end mirrors, looks nice and everything is right at hand, no crouching over or elevated riding position. I guess it all comes down to personal taste. My bike is set up like a sport tourer and i would have no problem riding a long trip with it like it is.
