Well i had to take the clutch cover off to get to a motor mount bolt so i could shift the engine and fix a broken exhaust stud that was right behind the frame. ugh! what a b*tch.

It came off fairly easily without any problems. But now im trying to put it back on and it fits on fine it seems but when i pull the clutch lever (it has no tension whatsoever)

I made sure the clutch push rod was seated in the forwarding mechanism and it is still doing it, like its not pushing the push rod at all.

Im working on getting it fixed now, but i need it on by 1 so i can get to school.

Some help would be VERY MUCH APPRETIATED!
Thanks in advance!

Luke

Is there a chance that the ball bearing between the clutch push rod and the clutch spring plate pusher feel out? If that was missing, I'm guessing you wouldn't feel any tension when you pulled the clutch lever.

With the cover off, looking at the underside of the cover, you should see the mechanism push out as you squeeze the clutch lever; it pushes against the rod which provides the clutch lever return force. My guess is you left a piece out; look around the ground.
