Cylinder or Carb bad? was created by oberkfell

Well after 2 problems solved; locked rear brake, electrical gremlins, I have another. I repaired these items.
I recently (2 months ago) had my bike in for the carbs adjusted, head gasket, new plugs and a VH exhaust system put on.
I haven't ridden my bike in a while and noticed one of the header pipes off #2 had not turned colors. All the others had changed colors. The bike seemed like it wasn't running right.
I put my hand on the #2 pipe and noticed it was fairly cool, while the others were of course hot.
Do you think the carb is just out of sync due to it sitting for a month?
Freaking cylinder bad?
After bleeding these GD brakes all day and finally getting the air out of the system, now this......
Any ideas?
Things to check?
Thanks.

lot of Possibilities.
no spark or a plugged pilot would be my first guess.
could be as simple as a bad plug.
i would hesitate to Condemn the cylinder.
pull the plug at the bottom of the float bowl and make sure your getting gas first.
could also be a sticking float.
the list goes on forever.
