What all is required if I want to replace all the eninges gaskets on my kz. Do you have to do timing all over again.

Depends on what gaskets you are replacing.

1977 KZ1000
GSXR swingarm and rear brake
WM6 rear Akront rim
Wiseco 1075c pistons
33 smoothbores
stage 3 Web Cams
Head porting
Dyna S ignition
Lockhart oil cooler
Wiseco header



1980 Z1R drag bike
1200cc
38 Flatslides, .
500' cams
7" slick
Dyan 4000 SP ignition
etc

because they are all old as crap...I have oil that seeps threw them...and causes the engine to smoke alote...plus hot oil doesn't feel to good on your bare legs...

I would suggest starting with the cam cover gasket, then see if you still have leaks......wait.....bare legs???? :ohmy:

i know it's leaking at the valve cover, buts also leaking by the timing chain tensioner, and around that section of the block.
