KZ440 cylinder head vent and pod filters

I recently put pod filters on my KZ440. I almost have the bike running perfectly, but I do have one issue: What do I do with the vent in the top of the cylinder head (see picture) now that there's no air box? All it's doing now is blowing gases and some oil onto the top of the engine and onto the carburetors. It is nicely keeping my throttle cable lubed I guess, but I'd really rather have a better solution than letting it blow oil all over everything and start smoking from under the tank once the engine warms up.

What can I do to keep this vent from making a mess of my engine?
