1000 parts fit a 900 was created by terry s
I have a 1980 1000ltd. I just ran in a deal I couldn't resist. I bought a 1973 903cc engine. It is all chromed out. Will all the chrome pieces fit my 1000? valve cover, side covers left and right? thanks

stator cover is differant,the older valve cover can be made to work with a little doing.output sprocket cover is differant,dont remember what is required to switch.points housing and cover,clutch cover and kicker cover will work B)

a couple hundred bucks for a rebuildable core that isnt locked up is about right for me! :laugh:
