I've heared about tapping for pipe plugs(they have an allen type center and are solid aluminum).

I have heard some people put a metal slug in there (like a coin or something) Maybe a slug and a small metal strap between the screws.

Other folks just replace the head with a standard.

Is there something wrong with your efi? why are you taking it off?

the guy i got the bike from put gas in a bike that had been sitting for almost 20 years he said it ran great for about 2 minutes then everything just quit.all i know is that the bike was running then died,but i know the first thing to go was the fuel pump.(which is the only part i dont have. i am thinking about finding one and switching back. maybe this winter ???

The MSD #2225 pump might work, it will probably need a different fuel pressure requlator and some creative plumbing work.
