What has to be done to older style 650 lower engine casings and/or studs in order to fit 750 jugs?

So the lower casing has to be reamed out to fit the larger 750 sleeves into it and that's all? Could that be done without splitting the cases and removing the connecting rods? If not hello 710cc.

its actually the top case half,if youre gonna build a motor id suggest splitting the cases and checking out the bottem end anyways to save troubles later B)

You have to split the cases, the junk from opening up the cases would wipe out the bottom end for sure. You don't need to remove the rods unless your checking the clearances with plasti-gauge.
