cam bearing bridge broke was created by wes_scooter
the bridge holding the cam bearings is cracked in two. can i weld it or use one from a diff head...

Wes, I believe that heads and their caps were line bored at manufacture, Thus can't be purchased seperatly. That said, If you check, there are no options for sizing for cam bearings. IE "one size fits all". Personally I would try a "wrong" cap before attempting welding, and plasti guage (from the bottom unless valves are out) I've no experiance, nor knowlege of anyone trying this. If you do try, let us know if it works out. luck g
