With some modification it will, different cam chain parts and you will lose some compression. Others will have more info.

Unless you plan on other mods to the motor for performance increase, it's not worth the cost & effort.
Those other mods would include:
New Pistons
Larger Carbs
Cams
For the money you'd dump into doing the J to KZ swap, you'd get better performance out of drop in cams on the KZ motor...
