I bought some exhaust stuff from Z1E a while back, and now that I've found a Kerker to go with it, I need to know what SAE drill size will be close enough to drill the holes in the new flanges for a proper fit on my 8mm (.3145") exhaust studs.

I have a "P" drill which measures .323", which should give me a fairly sloppy .009" clearance fit. Or do I need to go even bigger?
And does anybody have any used Kerker baffles they're tired of sitting on?
