That's customer service!

As per my earlier thread, I was having an exhaust leak issue on my MAC 4-1 header... called MAC, talked to a tech guy and they are going to overnight me a mounting kit specifically for my bike, no charge, they didn't even ask me where it came from. I know they aren't considered to be high end pipes, but this experience really impressed me as to how they take care of their customers.

These are the stories we like to hear! It's nice to know that support does exist for some of the materials we buy.

Their site is MAC Performance . Evidently, it seems that although this pipe is the correct one for the bike, it is a one size fits all for bigbore UJM's. They make a spacer and gasket kit for the individual applications, something my ebay seller neglected to mention or include. Oh well, everything will be fixed soon.
