Exhaust split collar

okay so i took my 82 kz 1100 spectre out for a short ride today and heard kind of a rattling sound but didnt think to much of it. well after stopping at the store and riding home i started hearing what sounded like an exhaust leak. i suspected it was a clamp where the two right side pipes join but when i got home and looked down there i see my number 4 cylinder exhaust collar handing down there. i got more nuts for it but i was looking in my clymer and it looks like in addition to the copper gasket there is supposed to be a split collar. i looked on z1 one but all i can find is the copper gasket does anyone know where i can get a new one.

The split collar is usually sold in a set of eight. I'd ask at Z1 to get some for you. Sometimes they carry items not listed on the website.

well i ended up riding it out to my dads shop and we machined up some collars that look almost exactly like those ones. thanks for the help anyways guys.
