Ok so basically i cut my pipe right after the collector,i cut it to a point for looks. I plan on having it jet coated. What i am asking is will it kill or make more power. The pipe is like a 4 into one type vance and hines is what i would describe it as,although it's not. The loud side doesnt bother me,it's gonna be a town bike for bar hopping....

It is hard to say what you did to the power, The length of the pipe, the bends and the placement of crossovers/collectors all has power changing effects. You only changed the length, but I have been led to believe that changing one aspect of a pipe will change all the other aspects as well.
Probably the only noticeable change will be it is louder and may have a flat spot it did not have before. I would not worry to much about it as long as you are not looking for total performance.

I'm running 132 1/2 mains and 20 pilots,she idels perfect,yet to hit the road.....

You most likely have killed any low end performance she had, and have most likely leaned her out. For low end performance you need exhaust back pressure and longer intake runners.
