Ok, going to bore the engine out to 1 over.
what is the best head gasket, base gasket to use? Copper, Graphite or ?

on a street motor use graphite race motors that come apart and have high compression need to use copper.

I concur, use a stock gasket.

78 Z1-R 100%MINT 500 original Mi.
78 Z1-R Yoshi 1103 kit stage 1 cams Yoshi pipe. Etc
