Kz900 - 1000 Parts interchange question.

Hi all,
Anyone know if the exhaust flanges from a '78 kz1000 will fit on a z1 or 900 . Other than the stud holes being larger. is the center to center distance the same, and the recess for the split collars?

How can I put this simply.:silly: Yes, Yes, & Yes.

otakar is 100% correct.
They're interchangeable.
Larger studs were introduced on 1977 KZ1000.
Am thinking starburst design continued through 1980 until replaced in 1981 with the plain smooth design.

Both sizes and design styles are available at Z1E.
