who's the best turbo guy?

Ok guys...I think we are going to start another project to run along Pen's Z1

I think I am going to build a "prostreet" turbo

I have a "77 1000 frame here in the shop that I amgoing to start with...It will have all the goodies that Pen's bike has...mono shock suspension brakes ect.

Now I have built a few turbo bikes when I was with velocity racing...but they were all fuel injected...so now that we're back to carbatooters...I would like some "expert" advice.
so who's the best?

Off the top of my head (and I could be wrong, mind you) I'd say Lorcan, making a 750 Turbo do a verified 211 mph you have to know what you're doing.

jeff at z1e has or had a turbo for years on the road.

terry kizer at mr. turbo he seems to know his stuff or in edmonton wally dwelsdorf. at d.g motosports. he's built lot's of turbo stuff over the years. he has just finished a new pro-mod bike and he's big into kawi's.

racer54 is my mentor!

Frank Davis at Powerhouse Motorcycles on Long Island is VERY good. He's built many, many turbo KZ's.

I met him once when I worked for barry....at gainesville I think

that is very sad to lose a genious like him is awful the man helped make motorcyce drag racing and land speed racing what it has become to day.he will be greatly missed.
