I understand what you want but unless you have pre bent pipe or access to a mandrel bender and excellant welding skills it will be tough. Most of the new 4 cyl now run 4-2-1 systems. Some have 4-2-1-2 also. Why not just get a 4-1 and modifie the muffler section?

Building a full exhaust system is a lot more thought than it would seem. The bike makers (and aftermarket suppliers) have engineers who understand the nuances of how the exhaust pulses and flow will effect the performance of the bike. The bends of the head pipes, how they collect to the mid-pipe(s), shape and angle of the exhaust can all contribute to how well exhaust sounds/looks/performs. I understand those principles just enough to know that I'm not smart enough to build a functional exhaust that won't cause tuning nightmares. If you decide to do it, please post up lots of pics and hopefully you'll stumble on a formula that works without getting frustrated and dropping your bike off a bridge. If that happens please share!!!

copy an existing design off of approximately the same cc bike and make it fit your bike.four stroke pipes can be as simple or complex as you want to make them.not as much voodoo as people would have you believe.
or use an existing set of head pipes and modify the mid pipe and tailpiece to suit your taste(or lack thereof) .the front(headpipes)of most headers look about the same anyways,it is the mid pipe and can that look different on modern sportbikes.
if you get started now you have more time to fix your screwups.keep us posted

Everything you would require for material can be had from here www.burnsstainless.com/ They are really nice people and very helpful.

Give them your motor specs and they'll even lay out the system for you.

Formulas are available for calculating an exhaust system. Books have been written on the subject.

What the heck....if you're going to make a system, then make one exactly for your bike. Oh...and let us know how things work out. Who knows...you may end up with your own business.... :)

Well guys...I understand that there is a science to all of this, but right now...the 4-1 systems that are out there are to much money for something that i dont want, and it seems that nothing fits my bike....I've been thinking about trying to find exhaust off of another 1100cc crotch rocket, and then fitting it too my bike, but i am afraid of the header sizes, giving me a problem...but some how ....I will figure this crap out. whatever update...will be shown on this thread...if there are anymore suggestions or advice...please let me know.

Use the front of a Kerker and put a late model slip on can on it, either factory or an aftermarket one. That way youll get the oil filter access without dropping the pipe. I see no point or gain from making the 4-1 part myself, theres only so many places it can go and still have filter access or even if it doesnt.
