if so any kz1000 kz900 gpz1100 up to 83 i think will all fit,
wrap under or round,
4-1 4-2 ?
i found a header i liked first mounted the can where i wanted and joined it with 3 sections with 5 - 10 degree bends sounds simple i know but that's basically it i kept swaping the slight bends till i was tight as possible.

mild steel in most cases id say
stainless will cost you so don't go there.
think of this as a mock up experiment nothing is permanent that way anything go's.

Here is what I used to have on my bike. Kerker 4 into 1 pipe with a Yoshumura muffler from unknown bike. All I did was take it the muffler shop and they bent and welded a pipe to the muffler then expanded the end so it would slip onto my header. The guy did it for $30 under the table. Everythng on the bike is different now but when I had that setup on the bike it sounded great.
