i had a similar problem in #3 and occasionally in #4... i bought some carb cleaner spray and some seafoam.... definately helped... i've only had the seafoam in my gas tank for a few days... but it's improving with every ride... also smoothed out my idle... it would run up and down (i think i had a float sticking)... i've heard great things about seafoam...
