Popping out the right side exhaust? Need help

My 1980 Kz750 G Twin is popping out the exhaust on the right side. I have been chasing it for almost two years. I have all new points, plugs, wires and coil pack. At first I could play with the carburator sync and it would be fine for a while. Now it doesn't want to idle. I have pulled apart the carbs and cleaned them and still no luck. Any tips or ideas would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

1) Do a mechanical sync on the carbs so the butterflies are open the same amount at idle.

2) Set the fuel levels in the bowls using clear tube.

3) Clean the bowls and jets in the bowls. If these are Mikuni BS-38 like on my 750 twin, the main jets and pilot jets are in the bowl assembly.

4) Check and see which pilot jet you have: if it is a 45, you may want to go up to either 47.5 or 50. Popping usually is from a lean condition.

5) check for intake manifold leaks.

im a idiot...but id check the head gasket...its ez...start the bike and take a propane torch...while its running just ...now i didnt say spray it...just give it a little spritz slowly...see if it gets rpms///sometimes the gasket...more likely the head warps...not torked right..or a pin is missing from the head and its shifting a little...it heats up and shifts....check your commpression first...if its wild and if it sat a few years that might be it...check the commpression first..ok....didnt i say i was a idiot..lol

They are the widely available BS30/96 types if my old brain is firing tonight.

Try Z1 Enterprises first.

If they don't have them, go here:
