750 Twin Flywheel: 7mm bolt hole?

There are two holes in the flywheel rim. Are they 7mm holes? Any place to get bolts that fit these?
Another question: the manual says to torque the shaft bolt to about 100 ft-lbs..... is that for real? That sounds like a bunch.
BTW: do you normally use blue loctite on that bolt just to make sure it doesn't wander out?
thanks

The manual doesn't specify any threadlocker on the shaft bolt, but I don't think I could sleep without it. BIG problem if that thing gets loose.....

sorry about that didn't realize you were air tool challanged, motion pro makes a really good tool for that and you can also use them on clutch baskets. the motion pro number is 08-0008 they look like over sized vice grips and they work very well it is a good investment.
I have seen those, but I couldn't figure out how they could work with my flywheel which has a smooth outer surface. There are no slots for the tool to grab onto.
I have seen some rubber strap wrap tools that might work?

You should be able to put the bike in gear and with the front tire against a wall, be able to remove/tighten the bolt. If the bike moves, have some one apply the brakes.
That was my first thought, but I was afraid it would over stress the crank or the gears in the tranny when I twisted on it. The torque spec is 100 foot-lbs on that bolt.
