Look at it this way, a stock 650 has some 64 hp, GPz 750 is 85 hp out of the box and is just about the cheapest way to hop up a 650 - for that kind of money you shouldn't have any problems unloading it. If I weren't in Europe I'd be interested..

if the starter cluth is still ok i would do a compression test on it before handing over the money, my guess the starter is bad and you can hammer the price down some.

that is the head and barrels all the guys that want to hot-rod the 650's are using isn't it so why not just use the entire engine instead.
I'm hoping that is the case. Then I'll be able to pass on my 650 motor once I get the 750 built and going. My 650 is fine, but I want a bit more power and not have to do any radical changes to the engine to get it. Stock motor is my goal, maybe change the carbs.
Speaking of which, are the stock gpz750 carbs good or should I look for something else? Any ideas?
