KZ1000 (bored to 1100) was created by HOGEATER
What could be bent internally that would cause the cam chain to be so tight that I can't get the bolts to even start to pull down follower tower?? If I were to try it would surely strip the threads out.

sounds to me like the cam chain has jumped off the crank sprocket double check that, nothing will be bent

also what cam sprockets are you using and what year is the crank shaft. how many teeth on the cam sprockets and how many on the crank
