You could check out www.aperacing.com to see what they can do for you. Lots of machine shops could do it but I would try to find one that does motorcycle work on a regular business. Anybody else have any ideas?

1980 LTD (changed over the years), 1979 LTD (being rebuilt), 1977 KZ turbo and various KZ's in various states of build. KLX110

Costs $110 for ape to bore block and press in sleeves. Sleeves are about $60-80 a piece, and then maybe $150 to bore and hone to match piston size. Gets expensive real fast. I decided to go 1170cc with my build so i could use some gpz1100 sleeves i have to drop the cost a bit. WIll be using a J head.

As for where to get it done, there is always APE www.aperaceparts.com
Many local shops should be able to bore and hone the sleeves for you.
Last year i think it cost $120 for a local machine shop to bore the cylinders for my 810.

If you buy the kit from us, the total machine work, install sleeves and surface, bore and hone, and bore top case, is $310

i see you have a J head. you should consider going the same rout as Jordan. The j pistons would matchup to your head better than the KZ's. with KZ's u will loose 2 points of compression ratio. Email J and ask about the best option.

If you have a J head, we would use J pistons and provide a .040" spacer.
