i am looking to get a new exhaust for my 1978 kz750b3 i could get custom made but that is a little expensive. anybody know some websites or places that i could get a system??? also, i would be driving my bike and the headlight blew. so i replaced it and a week later the thing blew again. when we tested the volts coming out of the headlight, it was peaking at close to 21. since this is a 12 volt system, that is obviously not right. any ideas?

sounds like your regulator is not regulating.

type in KZ750 exhaust on any search engine and a bunch of hits come up.

Z1 is a good place for a lot of misc parts. can be had on Fleabay too.

The cheapest exhaust for a 750 twin is the MAC 2-1 which I am running now. You can get them on fleabay. Performance is about like stock, sound is a bit louder. Price for a new one is around $200.

Your regulator is not working and that high voltage is going to blow a lot of bulbs in your electrical system. The small bulbs in the intruments usually blow first.
