Something to chk. B8ES plugs usually come w/alum.top-hats screwed onto plug's core.resistor caps(phenolic/ceramic's) usually attach to threaded core. and make a satisfying racheting feel when fit. G

I've got a full set of B8ES in now and it's running fine a few little pops out of the right hand side exhaust (that's another post that'll be coming soon though !!)(unless you have any ideas ?)
I'm gonna check pout all the caps and wires tomorrow
compression and valve clearances kinda freak me out
I'm thinking it's a little too technical for me (and i don't wanna find anything really messed up inside the engine !!)

Do you have a Kawasaki Factory Service Manual for your bike? If you do, checking the valve clearances will be fairly easy. If you don't have the FSM, you really should get one as it makes life easy and helps you avoid making simple but costly mistakes. Ed
