My P-19 has been sitting for a while before I bought it. It has 65,000 miles on it. I put fresh gas and some sea foam in the tank. There is no air cleaner element on it yet. When I start it up it will rev up for a second or two, then settle down to a more normal rpm. After it has been idling for a couple of minutes it starts to smoke pretty good out of the exhaust. Do you think it is due to bad gas or varnish in the carbs, or am I looking at a top end rebuild?
Who should I order the parts from?
