The short answer is no...the bikes that can be somewhat interchangeable motorwise are the 650 and 750

Reborn650 has a 650 with 750 cylinder block and pistons (bored to 810), but he used a 650 head. I think he has 29mm smoothbore carbs though.

Dave Sloan has a 750 head and block bored to 810 on his 650, but he has MegaSquirt EFI on it.

I think Jordan is using BS34 carbs on his, but I'm not sure.

It's possible to use the stock 650 carbs when using 750 (or 810) cylinders and head on a 650, just can't think of anyone that did at the moment.

I don't know what you mean by etc, etc though, everything else is pretty much bolt on.

Search the site, this subject has been covered in detail (ie: beat to death) :)

Concerning the etc part....

Will the airbox on a 70s 650 work w the BS32 or BS34 carbs? I've never verified this, but the middle holes may be smaller in diameter than the outer holes?

Can't say about the BS carbs, but the airbox box the CV34 carbs has much larger holes than the 650 VM24 airbox. You could probably cut new/larger holes. I'm using a CV34 airbox from a 750 (with CV34 carbs)in a 650 frame.

The 81 KZ650-CSR came stock w VM24 carbs, but has the same airbox as the later CSR models w BS32s and the KZ750-4s (not sure what carbs those bikes have).
