Easy Pull Clutch was created by kz750b3
Hi
we have been restoring a 1978 kz750 twin B3 and have just got her back into one piece - the problem now is that the clutch is too hard for me to pull in (injury). I have been researching easy pull clutches (particulary the Moose Easy Pull Clutch) and wanted to know if anyone knew if one of these would go on the bike and if they helped reduce the amount of effort needed to pull the clutch in, I have also read that there is something similiar available from Z1 enterprises but cannot find anything. I am in australia and since there is a reputed 3 Of these bikes left in this country - information is a bit hard to come by.
thanks for the help - am rather desperate as i am unable to ride the bike until something is done

Hey susan, i know for the bigger ones, like the 900's and 1000's they offer a hydraulic clutch conversion kit. It make the clutch pull in like its not even there, like with one finger. You maby able to mod it to fit your bike im not sure. Pricey little bugger's but well worth it from the look's. Here is the link:

It is towards the bottom of the page, hope this helps. Jim

i know this sounds too obvious ...but...i went through and lithium greased my push rod, worm drive actuater ,,and cable really well and reset the lucking nut to the rod and readjust my slack....i should have done it when o first got the bike...but it pulls in...and pulls away from a dead stop like a new bike...compared to how bad i had let it get even with a vance and hines heavy duty clutch and springs...good luck
