i want to run my 79 kz on kick start only and get rid of the starter motor. is there a block off kit available? i would like to find a cover for the space in the top of the crankcase where the starter was also.

i think APE sells a plug for the starter hole or possibly a vent anyway.i wonder if you couldnt bolt just the housing for the starter without the armature or the end plates then you could just bolt the stock cover back on.

Still recovering,some days are better than others.

whats the problem your not using it anyway
