Has anyone converted a kz250 engine to kickstart using parts from the kz200 engine.
I was looking at it, but it appears that the 250 engine has a sleeve in gearbox instead of a cog.
Also the 250 clutch cover has the casting for the kickstart shaft cast on the inside of the cover, but on the outside of the cover, there is no metal casting.
The 200 cover doesn't have the easy oil filter access, whilst the 250 cover has.
Has anyone doe anything like this ?
When I converted my Z440ltd-A2, it was much easier, the parts from a z400 dropped straight in.
