I havent tried it myself , will in the near future, but what about laying down on its side remove the bolts and pick the rest of it up less the engine?

It's so much easier if you have someone help. Entice a local hobo with a 40. Put him opposite the side you're taking it out on. Both lift onto bottom tube and YOU balance it. Have hobo run around to your side and both lift off tube and put it where you want it.
