4 into 1 Vance and Hines competition baffle

I misplaced the standard baffle for the 4 into 1 v&h on the 650. I was wondering what the competition baffle sounds like vs the standard one that comes with it. Thanks Jim.

A lot louder

i have the competition one and it sounds good without being obnoxious...i have had pipes that were a lot louder......i d say its halfway between
the stock baffle and no baffle at all.....i ll sell you my stock baffle cheap if it fits....!!!

I think im just gonna go with the compitition baffle, but if i dont like it il pm you

That baffle will make the bike RUN stronger and it will work much better than no baffle or even than the stock baffle. It is quiet just like the stock baffle, almost, but at 6 7k it sounds vicious even better than open pipe if you ask me because it makes the bike have the midrange power you lose without baffle and low end you lose without baffle and you can tune the carbs to run better with it. Now I love the sound of an open baffle but this sounds just mean. Let me know tomorrow if you want I can come out and you can hear it for yourself. The best thing is that you won't get a ticket using one and if you do it will be because you will be speeding like a demon.

pretty accurate description....i think you will like the comp baffle, i know i do.......
