i am going to build a motor ( or have it built)for my 78 1000 kz ltd....the donor motor is a 77
1000....as far as i can tell and have read, they should be the same....is anyone aware of any glaring differences in the two...i am going to go with a stock motor with the exception of a 1075 wiseco kit with 10.25 to 1 compression....just trying to cover my bases on my winter project...thanks...keith
