Shops for Engine Work

Hey all, I have an 84 Gpz 750 and will need to have the valves adjusted again eventually [but not right now!]. My local moto dealer [Plymouth Powersports] now has a sign up in their service center "no bikes older than 1990 serviced". I think it was my fault! In the spring, I had them sonically clean the carbs, and I lent them my original service manual when they balked at taking on my "old" bike. Guess someone got a red-azz over that one...

So, anyway - any of you guys know of any metro Detroit/SE Michigan shops that have a drawer full of shims to service and adjust a KZ head? It's not urgent that I get my valves done up, but it's something I'd like to do over the winter - just to be on the safe side.

You should be able to find something closer but, the dealer i used to work at will do it. They are in Holland, on the west side of the state.
