Many cracks are readily repairable by a competent welder, in this case probably brazed, at nominal expense. And here, perhaps the repair would be hidden by the outside "appearance" cover.
Could the damage be more specifically described? With possibly a photo?
Would suggest taking the parts to a welder for advice.

I just bought a 4 into 1 for my bike, when i took the factory 2 into 2 i found a crack where the 1st and 2nd pipes come together. Is this something worth fixing or is it junk. Is it something anybody needs.
