JC Whitney sells windshields that will fit your bike.
The other stuff is going to be a bit more diffcult. No new accessories are being made that I know of. Ebay is your best bet for a back rest, but it may take awhile. I've been looking for a properly fitting luggage rack/back rest for my 1100 for almost a year without success.

I have a passenger back rest / luggage rack that I pulled off my KZ 1000 ST. It is in nice shape.
It has been hanging in my garage for 1.5 years.
My girl only likes to ride with me on the 650.
She thinks that the 1000 is a bit scary.
I love them both for different reasons.
Also I have a windshield for a KZ1000 St clear smaller sizer, but practical. I used the brackets for my vetter fairing, but i am sure that you can make a set that would work just fine.
If you want them I can send some photos for you to check out. Send me a PM and I will get some images to you.

Had mine custom made.
My design, but it was a friend that put it together.A lot of tweaking and altering before we got it right, and then it was sent out for plating.
I made the pad out of plywood, and had it covered to match the corbin seat.
Keeps the warden on the bike, lol.(see sig)
