Z1 Cylinder Head Question

I bought a '74 Z1 project bike this week. The head on the eng has tags riveted on that say 'Flo-Max, Finks Racing'. Does anyone know what this might indicate what's been done to the head? The guy I got it from picked it up in a trade and didn't know many details. The bike will be a winter project. Thanks

Id guess they were ported or reworked some how by the company on the tag
