It looks like a Kerker, unless other companies copied Kerker which is a possibility too. The baffle doesn't look Kerker though.

Definately not a Kerker judging by the baffle, where the pipe
mounts on the buddy peg - doesn't Kerker usually use a trapped
nut in a track vs. the flag and bolt deal we see here?

Im not sure, is there any way you can make a short movie of it running? The baffle loks like a kerker cone baffle that has maby been cut down and inserted deeper in the muffler? I really dunno.

It appears to be just what you have been told...a kerker muffler w/a V&H badge, w/ a cut-down kerker baffle. With such a motley mix on the rear of the system, I'd like to see a more complete photo of the header pipes before I call the system a Kerker, though.

The pipe is off the bike now, so I will try to get more pics later today. The baffle is riveted into place where it is and there are no signs of any other holes. This pipe sounds like a drag pipe, the baffle doesn't seem to do much of anything - straight through design without any restrictions.

Sure does look like a Kerker but the baffle is farther in. Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't the Kerker's get divorced and the wife starter her own company which called it's pipes "Winning"? Rip offs of Kerkers? Not too many around. Could it be?
