found a remote oil filter kit on ebay,i have seen these used on harleys many times was thinking if this would work on a 900/1000 kawi it would be great you would gain at least 1 extra quart of oil and i think the filter would work as a cooler, they even make these where the filter goes into a canister that is a kooler/looks great but im concerned if the oil pressure would suffer, its ebay item #4611012531 anyone know if it would work?

What does it do to ground clearance? Does it interfere with headers routed under bike? How much does it weigh? I saw a system years ago from NRC (Niagra Race Crafters) that would pre-pressurize your oil system before startup that would deliver oil to top end even before engine turned over. 50% of engine wear occurs on startup. Also supplied pressurized oil for a few seconds if oil pump failed.
