kz1000 head? kz900 head? was created by dshelly
Hello all, just bought a head for my 77 kz1000 on ebay. it was advertised as a mid 70's kz1000 head. But when I received it I noticed it has threads for 6mm exhaust studs. It's from a 900 right? So other than the exhaust studs. Is there any other differences? Port sizes, valves, flow? Also , I'm looking to have head reworked. Seats, valve job, guides etc. Don't have a good trustworthy shop in the area. Any recomendations?
